Most people like to get a taste of some of the culture when they go to a new country, but Angelina Jolie has taken that one step further.

The actress, who broke up with Brad Pitt last year, recently opened up in a revealing interview with the BBC.

Shot in Cambodia, Angelina decided to take a break from talking about her personal life and tuck into some local cuisine.

Instead of a bacon sandwich or a slice of pizza, the actress decided to indulge herself with some creepy crawlies.

Taking a cooking lesson from a local, Angelina and her kids tucked into a fried Tarantula in a seriously eye-watering clip.

"Do you want to share some spider with me?" she asked her son, Maddox, before taking a bit of the poisonous bug.
